1. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Accepted payment methods include: E-Transfer, Credit Card, and PayPal

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Wholesale customers must provide valid business identification or tax exemption documentation when applicable.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Lead times will be provided at the time of order.
2. Custom Work and Product Variations

Each lure is hand-painted and custom-crafted, making every product unique.

Colors, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly from product photographs or sample images shown on our website or social media.

No two items are identical; minor variations are part of the handcrafted process and do not constitute a defect or reason for return.
3. Shipping and Delivery

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or at the time of order.

Lone Wolf Custom Tackle is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit once the item has been handed over to the carrier.

Buyers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged.
4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, in its original, unopened packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities are available to approved resellers only.

Payment terms for wholesale customers are prepaid unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Canceled wholesale orders may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, depending on production status.

Wholesale customers are responsible for their own resale pricing, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
6. Limitation of Liability

Fishing lures and baits are intended for recreational fishing use only.

Lone Wolf Custom Tackle is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of products.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and product names are the intellectual property of Lone Wolf Custom Tackle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or making a purchase from Lone Wolf Custom Tackle, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Sale.
